If you have saggy skin, fine lines, pigmentation, and sun damage on your body, such as the forearms, hands, thighs, knees, or anywhere else, Dr. Kesh Nawada may have the right solution for you. Introducing PlasmaTight™, a state-of-the-art skin tightening and resurfacing treatment that results in a significant improvement of a variety of age and sun-related skin irregularities. Performed on-site inside of our Winter Haven, FL plastic surgery office, the PlasmaTight™ procedure is performed using the J-Plasma® device which turns helium gas into plasma. Unlike most of the traditional lasers used today, this device uses helium which does not require a huge amount of energy to become plasma. When using less energy, this means less heat is created which reduces potential damage to the surrounding tissues. Helium is a naturally cold gas and because the device only turns a portion of the helium into a plasma, the rest of the helium is used as a cooling agent to immediately cool the area being treated. This cooling effect further reduces thermal damage to surrounding tissues. This gives Dr. Nawada the ability to individually tailor the procedure for each patient.
PlasmaTight™ can be performed using two different techniques, depending upon the patient's skin concerns. The first option is a safe and precise dermal ablation (on the top layer of the skin) which can be done almost anywhere on the body (including the face). When used on top of the skin, brown spots, tone, texture, fine lines, and wrinkles are significantly improved while also tightening the skin. The second option is to administer the plasma energy underneath the skin (subdermal) to create dramatic skin tightening. By using a combination of both techniques, our patients get tighter, firmer skin with a healthier surface glow.

"Dr. Nawada is AWESOME!! Along with his staff. I had a BOTCHED breast reduction from a surgeon at Lakeland’s Watson Clinic in 2003. I was promised the moon and back and was left mutilated. I wasn’t the only one who went too this “so called plastic surgeon “ and received botched results. My breasts were so botched I would cry looking at them in the mirror. The scars were horrendous and hurt all the time. I couldn’t wear a bra, not that I needed one anymore bc all I was left with going from a 38HHH too barely A cups which were scars. I heard so many great things about Dr. Nawada so I went for a consultation 5 years later. He is very upfront and tells you like it is which I truly liked. Some take that as he doesn’t have a good bedside manner, but it’s they want things the way they want it not reasonable for the best results. Not only did he fix the scars which when he did it left my breast concave, but he put in appropriate size, shape and form of saline implants proportionate too my body. Along with the breast reconstruction he tandemly did an apron tummy tuck and gave me the cutest belly button ever. (I had weighed almost 300lbs in my teen years and lost over 100 leaving the skin too skin touching which was removed) All I can say is everything was perfect then and still too this day 10 years later I’m still loving the way I look. My daughter who is 21 went through this with me mind you she was only 12 at the time and now she has one breast 2 2 1/2 sizes smaller. Dr. Nawada examined her when she was 18 and told her too wait until she was 21 and come back and he will augment her breast too make them fuller and even. I appreciate his honesty and telling her too wait because most would have done it back when she was 18 and as he told her her breast will be about done growing around 21-22 keeping the need of an additional surgery if she were too have done at 18. She’s preparing soon too have her surgery and I feel SUPER COMFORTABLE AND SAFE putting my baby’s life and vanity in Dr. Nawada’s and his staffs hands. It doesn’t hurt either that his head Nurse/office director was a high school classmate of mine. If you want the BEST NAWADA AND ASSOCIATES is the place too go??!!"- A.S. / Google / Nov 25, 2018
"It has been 17 years, but was an exceptional experience. I wish Dr. Nawada was here in the Atlanta area...."- V.A. / Facebook / Jun 20, 2018
What’s the Downtime?
The downtime associated with PlasmaTight™ can vary depending on how large of an area is treated and how many areas where improvement is desired. In most cases, the downtime associated with a normal treatment is about 3 – 5 days. A post-surgical compression garment will be worn following surgery as well. While patients can resume normal activity, it is recommended to hold off on strenuous exercise for a week or two so that the outcome can be achieved safely.
Does it Work ?
Yes! Unlike some of the other laser devices that only provide minimal improvements, PlasmaTight™ results in excellent skin tightening with additional tightening lasting from 2 – 4 weeks. Our patients are amazed at the results! Dr. Nawada sees results that are often similar to traditional surgical techniques that would typically lead to a longer recovery as well as visible scarring.
How Much Does it cost ?
The cost associated with this treatment will vary according to how many treatments were required to attain the right results, as well as the number and size of the treatment areas. Dr. Nawada offers payment options and plans for his patients, which can be addressed after the first consultation.
